Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Service Desk Analyst to join our team at ST ENGINEERING E-SERVICES PTE. LTD. as a Customer Service Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers, addressing their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions via multiple channels, including telephone, email, and chat.
- Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or other relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular reports, highlighting customer interaction trends and patterns.
