  • Collaborate with AI Singapore (AISG) to ensure successful NOAI delivery, synchronizing timelines, and maintaining up-to-date IOAI information on the official website.
Initiative Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver AI-driven initiatives enhancing research, education, and administrative efficiency.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to identify use cases, collect data, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as meeting secretariat and project manager for emerging initiatives, coordinating progress review, and ensuring work plans are fulfilled.
AI-for-Science (AI4S) Programme Office:
  • Establish and operate the AI4S Programme Office, coordinating with the National Research Foundation (NRF) and other stakeholders.
Administrative Support & Record Management:
  • Establish an effective documentation and record-keeping system to ensure operational continuity.
  • Prepare well-designed presentation materials for senior leadership.
Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for university-, national-, and international-level events related to the office's objectives/projects/initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution; advanced degrees are advantageous.
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in project management, event organization, and/or stakeholder engagement, preferably in higher education or technology-focused environments.
  • Ability to multitask and manage complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions.
  • Familiarity with AI applications and strategic institutional initiatives is a plus.
