Director of Strategic Facilities

You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timeliness in project delivery. This includes managing preventive maintenance, ensuring operational readiness, and adhering to building codes and safety regulations.

Your role will also involve championing initiatives in energy efficiency, sustainability, and long-term asset management. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive maintenance and facility improvement efforts.

In this position, you will report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on project progress. To succeed, you should have experience in leading teams, managing project stakeholders, and overseeing facilities management teams and suppliers.

A degree in Engineering is preferred, along with certifications in Green Mark, Fire Safety, and Sustainability. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
