Job Title: Facilities Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Director to oversee the operation of our church campuses. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in facilities management.

  • Manage operating expenses and capital expenditures for the church's facilities
  • Sustain relationships with service providers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide regular reporting on CAPEX projects and operating expenses to stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage performance of service providers according to established standards
  • Maintain and upkeep all church facilities and buildings

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our church campuses. If you are a self-initiated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and execution skills, as well as proficiency in computer processing and systems. Experience in project management, emergency preparedness, and crisis management is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the following skills and qualifications are necessary:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Building & Project Management, or related field
  • Dependable, responsible, independent, and resourceful with a positive mindset
  • Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Good project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Proficient in computer processing and systems skills
