Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Director to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing facility operations, ensuring safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations.

The successful candidate will conduct regular risk assessments, implement measures to mitigate potential issues, and drive the adoption of sustainable practices. They will also evaluate and recommend systems to digitize and streamline facility operations, liaise with vendors, and prepare and manage facility budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
