- Oversee the maintenance management of facilities and services for a designated cluster of buildings in a smart, safe and sustainable manner.
- Manage the buildings in a cost effective and productive manner effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure that buildings, facilities and services are well managed with preventive maintenance, good housekeeping and thorough cyclical works.
- Lead a team of technical specialists and maintenance professionals in providing good maintenance services to the community and occupants.
- Project managed A & A and cyclical renewal works
- Adopt green practices and promote sustainability in operations and maintenance of building/facilities/infrastructure.
- Engage, promote and maintain good relationship with all stakeholders.
- Administration of service contracts and ensuring good quality work from vendors.
- Review of work processes for improvements and adoption of best industry practices.
- Performance manage, develop and train staff.
- Able to work across teams and collaborate with other offices for work synergiesQualifications
- Degree in Facilities/Estate Management, Building, Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of relevant experience in maintenance management of commercial/institutional premises in MNCs/ building owners
- Project management skills in A & A works and facilities renewal of building services
- Good leadership skills with a strategic mind set and clear objectives
- Able to lead a team of facilities management staff and has good interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Has contract administration experience and able to supervise maintenance contractors well.More Information
