Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To service clients on a daily basis with respect to all inquiries and requests
  • To communicate with Clients, Front Office and other departments to identify and implement efficiencies
  • To identify areas for automation and support of strategic solutions for Operations, Front Office and IT
  • To understand disruptive / digital market evolution and the impact on TAS in the region - perform opportunity analysis and product development requirements as necessary
  • To drive and deliver initiatives to improve the team's delivery processes and methods
  • To ensure any operational change is implemented with full understanding of risks & control
  • To closely monitor progress of integration initiative through various approval steps (internal / external) as outlined in transition process

You will also provide ad-hoc support for requests from Clients and internal teams, provide oversight and manage support teams for outsourced processes, drive issue resolution or options articulation around any problems or challenges that crop up in the course of execution of above initiatives.
