Compassionate Home Caregiver Role

Care is at the heart of everything we do. As a compassionate home caregiver, you will be providing support and comfort to individuals in their own homes.

This role involves participating in a pilot project, providing hands-on bedside care to patients. You will also be required to take on respite assignments as needed and assist the home care team with other nursing cases.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a home setting
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate documentation
  • Work closely with the team to manage client complaints and crises
  • Collaborate with external community partners and colleagues to ensure seamless client care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Registration with the Singapore Nursing Board and a clean disciplinary record (nurses on conditional license may not apply)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with IT tools used regularly during work
