We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Newborn Support Specialist. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care and support to mothers and newborn infants during their stay with us.
About the Role:- Provide nurturing care to newborns, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
- Assist in feeding, bathing, and changing diapers, promoting a clean and safe environment
- Monitor temperature, feeding patterns, and overall well-being, documenting progress for parents and medical staff
- Clean and bathe newborns, maintaining a hygienic environment
- Feed and comfort newborns, prioritizing their nutritional and emotional needs
- Take note of vital signs, developmental milestones, and any concerns or issues that may arise
- Support breastfeeding and baby care techniques, guiding new mothers with confidence and expertise
- Maintain accurate records of newborn care, monitoring progress and reporting any changes to healthcare staff
- Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
