Peacehaven Caregiver Job Description

Our caregivers play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and attention. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for supporting staff in caring for residents under your supervision, according to their individualized care plans.

We are looking for experienced and compassionate caregivers who can work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.


Responsibilities:


  • Supporting staff in caring for residents according to their individualized care plans;
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages;
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents;
  • Responding to resident's needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner;
  • Participating in ongoing education and training programs to enhance caregiving skills;

Qualifications:


  • Certificate in Healthcare Support / Nursing Care;
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team;
