Job Overview
As a Logistics Executive at Global Airfreight International Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development Manager as their Sales Support. Your key responsibility will be to work closely with new prospects and customers on airfreight, seafreight, road freight trucking, and 3rd party freight inquiries.

Daily Tasks
You will be responsible for daily shipping coordination of AIR/SEA/road freight trucking/3rd party shipments, sourcing rates with airlines & overseas agents, and handling daily billing advice, recoveries, and circulation of forms, etc. Additionally, you will need to liaise with various parties when handling shipments, such as export/import department, overseas agents.

Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities include RFQ for assigned target accounts, daily shipping coordination of shipments, administrative support - preparation of reports, filing, circulation, letters of appointment, etc., coordinating with various internal departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure that customer requirements are met, advising on billing instructions for shipments, and ensuring professional sales services are provided to customers with the objective of delighting the customer.

Secondary Duties
You will also be responsible for maintaining contact with airlines, trade, industry, and government bodies to keep abreast of information, undertaking new projects/assignments as given, representing the Sales department in various taskforces/committees, e.g. Newsletter, Work Improvement, generating monthly summary reports for customers, and submitting monthly reports.
