Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for implementing advanced monitoring systems to ensure product quality and optimize yield.

This role involves proactively identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance overall product quality. You will lead initiatives to integrate and improve abnormal quality issues within the manufacturing process, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions and preventive measures.

You will drive initiatives to improve internal quality control procedures and enhance overall process capability. Additionally, you will implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.

This role also involves taking the lead in addressing and improving customer-reported quality issues. You will compile comprehensive reports for stakeholders, detailing corrective actions and preventive measures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality management, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
