Job Overview:
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support the validation of production lines, optimize manufacturing processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee product quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct line audits and validation by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials;
• Validate manufacturing processes for new products, product changes, and enhancements;
• Troubleshoot and refine manufacturing processes to improve product throughput;
• Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency;
• Qualify and validate manufacturing processes, including equipment qualification and material specifications;
• Ensure product and process quality by designing testing methods, testing finished products, and establishing standards;
• Provide information for manufacturing decision-making by calculating production costs, reviewing production schedules, and estimating future requirements;
• Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
• Maintain and comply with relevant regulations, such as ISO13485, GMP, and FDA guidelines;
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous improvement;

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
• 2-5 years of experience in high-volume production environments, preferably in medical device manufacturing;
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
• Proficiency in DOE and statistical techniques, with certification in LEAN/6Sigma preferred;
• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, and industry regulations;
• Self-motivated and driven individual who can work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
