As a Manufacturing Efficiency Specialist, you will drive high-reliability electronic components used in mobility and connectivity systems.

The role focuses on ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime through routine and predictive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment performance
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Manage spare parts inventory for production tools
  • Collaborate in problem-solving sessions and contribute to root cause analysis
  • Assist engineers in equipment evaluations and development activities
  • Support setup and commissioning of new production lines and equipment
  • Participate in ongoing improvement projects to enhance process efficiency

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lean manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and perform overtime when required
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000 or QS 9000 standards is beneficial
  • Training will be provided for those without prior experience
