Job Title: Hospital Account Resolution Specialist

This role involves working directly with patients and their families to resolve hospital billing matters in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, managing accounts, and providing clear communication regarding billing information.

A proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, particularly Excel, where the candidate will use data analysis skills to identify trends and resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
