About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive, Talent Management to join our team at SINGAPORE HEALTH SERVICES PTE LTD. As a key member of our Talent Management & Leadership Development team, you will play a crucial role in building a sustainable and healthy pipeline of competent, committed, and prepared leaders for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of talent management and succession planning processes, ensuring the development and maintenance of the talent database.
- Contribute to department-level projects aimed at building leadership and organizational capability, including planning, designing, and facilitating engagement programmes.
- Provide secretariat and operational support to the SingHealth Leadership Coaching & Mentoring Council (LCMC) in the implementation and review of the LCMC's mentoring programme.
- Support the team in engaging with HR departments and Heads across SingHealth institutions in talent development programmes for identified successors to Key Leadership Positions.
- Provide secretariat support for the Joint Search Committee meetings, including logistic arrangements, preparation of meeting materials, and post-search approval documentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Human Resources.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a good command of English.
- Ability to independently write papers within tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and engage at all levels.
- Resourceful, results-focused, and meticulous.
- Self-motivated team player with strong administrative skills.
