About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its growing presence in the market.
- Provide sales training to dealers' sales teams, including overall company retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management.
- Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the dealer network to assign tasks to sales and marketing executives.
- Oversee all administrative issues and track individual and team sales performance.
- Collaborate with other functional groups, such as Marketing, Accounts, Logistics, and HR, to ensure task accomplishment.
- Prepare monthly sales, collection reports, and yearly budget plans.
- Stay up-to-date on market shifts and competitors' activities and contribute to management strategic policies.
- Travel for regional sales and product meetings as required.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing/Retail Management/Business
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in kitchen appliances handling both traditional and modern trade/project sales.
- Experience leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and business associates.
- Passionate and strong drive to achieve set targets.

Compensation Package:
- Sales Commission SGD 3,000 - 4,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance SGD 880 per month (Possesses own car)
