As a Trading Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of trading systems used by the cash equity trading desk. This involves analyzing business processes and functional requirements, performing gap analysis between existing and required solutions, and driving the delivery of relevant user requirements documentation.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with technology teams to design and implement enhancements to trading systems, providing day-to-day support to Front Office traders, and addressing their queries and issues related to trading systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Finance, Applied Finance, Business Analysis, Financial Engineering, or relevant discipline.
  • Solid knowledge and functional experience with at least 2 asset classes, e.g. FX, MM, FIX, IRD.
  • Possess experience of gathering and analyzing requirements from users.
  • Familiar with financial instruments representation and their lifecycle management.
