A high-impact engineering team in the front-office technology division is looking for skilled developers to join their ranks. This team collaborates closely with traders, sales personnel, and quantitative analysts to design and implement mission-critical systems used in global trading operations.



Responsibilities include lead development and optimization of high-performance pricing and risk computation services. Collaborate with traders and sales teams to translate complex model requirements into scalable engineering solutions. Work with platform teams to integrate pricing outputs into electronic distribution channels. Ensure code quality through robust unit and regression testing frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines. Mentor peers and contribute to architectural planning. Manage concurrent development streams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar front-office engineering role delivering trading or risk solutions.
  • Proficient in Core Java (JDK 11+), with strong understanding of multi-threaded and event-driven programming paradigms.
  • Experience working directly with end-users in trading or quant teams.
  • Familiarity with building real-time systems and low-latency messaging infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
