Trade Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Trade Operations Specialist to join our team.

The Activity Monitoring Group (AMG) is responsible for monitoring and supporting the review, investigation, and escalation of trading activity. Our primary objective is to ensure compliance with global regulators' mandates.

  • We provide independent reviews on actions performed by Front Office Supervisors on critical alerts.
  • We perform investigations and quality control on Trading and Counterparty activity executed by Traders and Counterparties highlighted by our analytics risk model.
  • We ensure investigated activity is reviewed, documented, and completed within internal SLAs and escalate potential risks in line with protocol.
Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Triage data issues, escalate internally, and coordinate with technology groups for remediation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks within established guidelines.
Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Trading, Trade capture, and/or Trade lifecycle operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office booking systems and scripting languages such as Python or robotic process automation solutions.
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
