This position is centered around delivering administrative and claims assistance to our Aviation Adjusting division. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in administrative or claims support roles, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and a focus on achieving results.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Creation and oversight of case files, including the registration of new cases and management of associated expenses.
  • Providing support to Loss Adjusters with file organization and communication tasks.
  • Facilitating travel arrangements and scheduling for adjusters.
  • Assisting the team with the training and onboarding processes for new team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient secretarial skills and effective diary management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
