About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced partnerships manager to develop and cultivate strategic alliances focused on creating innovative joint solutions leveraging cutting-edge software development tools.

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to expand the reach and impact of our software development tools.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of the company's partnership strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, science, engineering, and design teams to ensure successful integration and adoption of our tools by partners.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of quantum computing and software, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a keen product sense.

  • Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, platform onboarding, and providing first-level technical support for partners.
  • Drive usage of our software development tools through partner initiatives and activities.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partner contacts.
Requirements

Qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Quantum Science, Engineering, Physics), a strong technical background in quantum computing and quantum software development, demonstrated experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong product sense and understanding of software development tools.
