Operations Excellence Manager

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic operations leader to oversee daily funeral operations, manage a team of professionals, and ensure every service is conducted with respect and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and mentoring funeral staff, ensuring professional conduct and compassionate service delivery.
  • Planning and scheduling manpower for funeral operations and logistics.
  • Conducting training and development programs to improve service standards.
  • Managing end-to-end funeral operations, from logistics to ceremonial arrangements.
  • Ensuring timely and smooth coordination of transportation, venue setups, and equipment handling.
  • Maintaining inventory of funeral supplies and equipment.
  • Ensuring all services adhere to regulatory, religious, and cultural requirements.
  • Implementing and enforcing SOPs for quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Preparing operation reports and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B or Hospitality.
  • Possess a Class 3 Driving License.
