Incident Resolution Lead

Nets' IT infrastructure is designed to support the delivery of IT services to our customers. The Technical Escalation Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that these services are delivered with minimal disruption.
The role involves managing all technology incidents that have a severe business impact on BCS customers, driving resolution and ensuring key stakeholders are updated timely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective incident management processes to ensure prompt escalation and resolution of critical incidents.
- Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of incidents.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and lessons learnt.
