Nets' IT infrastructure is designed to support the delivery of IT services to our customers. The Technical Escalation Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that these services are delivered with minimal disruption.

The role involves managing all technology incidents that have a severe business impact on BCS customers, driving resolution and ensuring key stakeholders are updated timely.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective incident management processes to ensure prompt escalation and resolution of critical incidents.
  2. Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure swift resolution of incidents.
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.
  4. Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Ensure accurate documentation of incidents and lessons learnt.
