Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Commercial Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing commercial management expertise for all projects within APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop business cases and provide strategic advice to stakeholders
- Manage and oversee project delivery from strategic planning to execution
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and supply chain
- Manage capital planning and successful delivery of client objectives
- Ensure compliance to governance and assurance for Capital Projects
- Lead interfacing with clients and other consultants at all project stages
- Lead a cost management team, ensuring delivery of accountabilities
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management/Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum years' experience in related fields
- Chartered professional desirable (MRICS)
- Experience from consultancy background preferred with corporate end user/banking institution
- Team player with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade others
