About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our team at NOVO RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. as a Head of Sales SAAS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation and Sales: Present, promote, and sell our services to potential clients by making cold calls and delivering compelling pitches.
  • Lead Generation and Management: Identify qualified leads for all services and manage the entire sales cycle to successfully close new business deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and be able to conduct business presentations and demonstrations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Perform market research, analyze customer needs, and continuously monitor competitor activity.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline the sales process and maintain accurate databases.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the global sales team to support existing international clients.
  • Business Development: Leverage key business connections to assess and understand potential customers' needs.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success with a well-established network in the local marine industry.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of the sales process with excellent lead generation skills.
  • Business Development Experience: Two to six years of business development experience in the maritime sector.
  • Leadership Skills: Highly motivated, goal-driven, and experienced in sales.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Territory Management: Ability to manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Language Skills: Strong proficiency in English; Mandarin skills are highly desirable.
