**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Secretarial Senior to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handling company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparations of directors' and shareholders resolutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers, and submission of statutory returns.
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree Holder or above.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in corporate secretarial work.
  • Conversant with the Companies Act and familiar with regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Good knowledge of process and electronic filing requirements of ACRA.
  • Proficiency in working attitude, proactive, good team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Preparation of XBRL.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
