Job Descriptions:
· Oversee a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and provide guidance and support to our corporate secretarial team.
· Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients.
· Actively manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, serving as their key point of contact for corporate secretarial advisory services.
· Preparation of board meetings and AGMs documentations including attendance AGM meeting and taking meeting minutes as required.
· Attend to client enquiry on Corporate Secretarial engagement matters.
· Liaise with ACRA, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth statutory audits and corporate filings.
· Lead and mentor a team of corporate secretarial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional development.
· Stay updated with the latest changes in corporate governance laws and regulations, adapting internal practices accordingly.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management to support ad-hoc projects as required.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
· Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (SAICSA) would be advantageous.
· At least 10 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial services, with a solid track record in a managerial role.
· Deep knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, Code of Corporate Governance, and AML/CFT requirements.
· Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of corporate secretarial professionals.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
· Adaptable and open to changing work styles and priorities.
· Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves liaising with clients from Mainland China.
