Reporting to the VP of Marketing APJ, you will lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize demand creation programs, campaigns, and tactics. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of the Asian market, identify key opportunities, and capitalize on them to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize demand creation programs, campaigns, and tactics.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven recommendations.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional with a strong track record of success in demand creation and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 4-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation and/or marketing field marketing in Asia.
- Proven success in designing, executing, and optimizing demand creation programs/campaigns/tactics that drive pipeline, deal acceleration, and bookings within the Asian market.
- Excellent relationship, partnering, and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales organizations.
- Experience with account-based marketing programs and ability to leverage data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams in a decentralized work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
