The RippleX Partner Success team is looking for a dynamic and strategic relationship manager to accelerate the growth and impact of the XRPL ecosystem.

You will be the go-to leader for a portfolio of high-profile partners, guiding them through every stage of their journey: from idea to integration to go-live and beyond.

This is not a passive role. You will be hands-on in shaping tokenization strategies, architecting utility on-chain, and removing roadblocks in fast-moving, complex environments.

Your day-to-day will range from deep technical discussions to boardroom-level strategic planning—always with the goal of maximizing partner success and driving meaningful, on-ledger activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value Institutional DeFi partners building on XRPL, with a focus on tokenized assets and real-world financial applications.
  2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive partner adoption and utilization of XRPL.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
