**Role Overview**: The Tokenization Product Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the development and execution of OSL's tokenization products, specifically within the context of Project Ensemble. You will be responsible for overseeing the tokenization of securities for fund issuers, working closely with cross-functional teams, fund administrators, and clients. This role focuses on the creation of tokenized securities, including money market funds, and managing the product lifecycle from concept to execution. Additionally, the Tokenization Product Manager will contribute to the development of OSL's RWA platform, supporting global fund issuers to distribute their RWAs in Hong Kong to OSL's clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for tokenization offerings, specifically focusing on money market funds and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.
- Develop and execute end-to-end product strategies to support Project Ensemble, including the creation, issuance, and distribution of tokenized securities.
- Ensure alignment of product goals with OSL's broader strategic objectives, particularly in terms of regulatory compliance and market demand.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product development related to tokenization, including working with fund issuers and administrators to facilitate the tokenization of assets.
- Oversee the technical and functional design of tokenized securities, working closely with blockchain developers, engineers, legal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless tokenization processes.
- Manage the lifecycle of tokenization products, from initial concept and design through to launch, optimization, and scaling.
- Work directly with institutional clients, fund issuers, and fund administrators to understand their needs and ensure tokenization solutions meet their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the OSL distribution team to drive adoption of tokenized products, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the client onboarding and product rollout process.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of OSL's RWA platform to support the distribution of tokenized RWAs to clients in Hong Kong.
- Collaborate with global fund issuers and OSL's clients to ensure the platform meets regulatory and operational requirements, including cross-border distribution of tokenized assets.

**Requirements**:

- Min 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, or financial products.
- Proven experience in managing tokenization projects or digital securities products, particularly in the context of real-world assets (RWAs).
- Knowledge of financial products such as money market funds, asset-backed securities, or other traditional financial instruments is preferred.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, token economics, and the tokenization process.
- Familiarity with global financial markets and regulations, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore and other major jurisdictions.
