**Responsibilities**:

- Create a standardized process for the company’s token sale project.
- Develop and plan token sale & initial offering strategy.
- Develop strategies to increase the value of the tokens.
- Systematise and de-risk token operations.
- Work with exchanges and other ecosystem players to increase token distribution and liquidity.
- Identify ways to realise the value of BTSE tokens.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A presence in the blockchain space.
- Existing relationships within the blockchain industry (e.g. exchanges) are a massive plus.
- Experience running a token sale, exchange listing or been responsible for a floating token.
- Have 5+ years of experience in project management/ product management.
- Have experience in crypto projects and token listing is preferred.
- Have prior experience managing and working with exchanges (decentralised and centralised).
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have experience organizing large data sets to reliably synthesize important financial as well as technical data and information.
- You can take initiative and work independently
- Should be number sensitive.
- Have knowledge and experience in crypto communities.
