Tokenization Leader

The future of finance will be shaped by tokenized assets, and we seek a visionary leader to drive this transformation.

As the Product Director for Tokenization, you will define and execute the strategic direction for our tokenization offerings, aligning with company-wide objectives. Your expertise in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and token economics will ensure the successful creation, issuance, and distribution of tokenized securities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and driving the product strategy and vision for tokenization offerings;
  • Building and leading a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and excellence in product delivery;
  • Identifying key partners and achieving business goals through strategic partnerships;
  • Overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies, ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory standards;
  • Collaborating with fund issuers, administrators, and internal teams to streamline the tokenization process and address complex stakeholder needs;
  • Directing technical and functional design, working closely with blockchain developers, engineers, and legal experts to ensure robust and compliant tokenization frameworks;
  • Leading the lifecycle management of tokenization products, from ideation and design through to launch, optimization, and scaling;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, fund issuers, and administrators, ensuring tailored solutions meet their specific requirements and enhance client satisfaction;
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on tokenization, providing strategic guidance to clients on benefits, risks, and implementation of tokenized securities and real-world assets;

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, emphasizing blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, or financial products;
  • Demonstrated expertise in overseeing tokenization projects or digital securities products, especially related to real-world assets (RWAs);
  • Preferred knowledge of financial products such as money market funds, asset-backed securities, or other conventional financial instruments;
  • In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, token economics, and the tokenization process;
  • Awareness of global financial markets and regulations, particularly in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US;
