Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the maintenance team. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures, supporting senior technicians, and reviewing maintenance processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to established maintenance protocols
  • Support and coordinate with senior technicians and engineers
  • Review and update maintenance processes as needed
  • Conduct training for new staff members
  • Generate regular reports and maintenance data

Maintenance Activities:

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Verify sensor functionality regularly
  • Prepare maintenance workflow documentation and service checklists

Overhaul Activities:

  • Develop overhaul plans and resource allocation strategies
  • Perform overhaul works, including refractory and M&E replacements
  • Maintain accurate overhaul records and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with contractors and ensure quality workmanship

Safety and Compliance:

  • Conduct safety checks prior to work commencement
  • Prepare LOTO and Permit to Work forms as required
  • Review risk assessments with the maintenance team

Inventory and Procurement:

  • Manage plant stock for maintenance and overhaul activities
  • Conduct annual stocktaking and prepare quotation specifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on maintenance experience
  • Able to work in confined spaces and non-aircon environments
  • Able to work shifts as required
  • Experience in maintenance of plant equipment
