Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our security systems projects from initiation to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the project, ensuring timely delivery, within budget and meeting customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned projects in security systems such as CCTV Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection System, Electronics Access Control System, Audio/Video Intercom System, etc.
  • Implement installation, testing and commissioning of the security systems according to customer specifications.
  • Attend site meetings to monitor project status.
  • Liaise with Architects, Consultants, Main Contractors, Interior Designers, etc. to provide accurate feedback on project progress.
  • Procure materials and deliver to site in a timely manner according to project progress.
  • Conduct detailed training to customers on the operational use of installed security systems.
  • Ensure subcontractors perform work in accordance with approved drawings and instructions.
  • Update shop drawings, floor plan drawings and single line diagrams correctly for each project before handing over to Maintenance Department.
  • Respond to and manage customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress reports, forecasts, technical problems encountered, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, IT Computer Science/networking related or related fields.

Skills: Excellent project and people management skills, hands-on project execution and management experience, good oral and written communication skills, competent in Microsoft Office applications, working knowledge on IP data networks.
