  • Role Summary:
  • The Security Systems Project Coordinator will be responsible for the management and execution of assigned security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Liaise with architects, consultants, main contractors, and interior designers to ensure timely delivery and technical compliance.
  • Procure materials and deliver them to site as per project progress and schedule.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on the operational use of installed security systems.
  • Ensure subcontractors perform work according to approved drawings and instructions.
  • Update shop drawings, floor plans, and single-line diagrams for each project before handing over to the maintenance department.
  • Respond to customer feedback/complaints and take corrective/preventive action.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, forecasts, and technical issues encountered.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related fields with 2 years of working experience.
  • Excellent project and people management skills.
  • Hands-on project execution and management experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good working knowledge of IP data networks.
