We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Specialist to support daily operations across security projects and systems, ensuring seamless project execution and timely progress.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results by fostering effective collaboration and open communication.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to arrange system installations, maintenance, and inspections, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.

As a Project Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking project progress and budgets through accurate and timely reporting, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Coordinating procurement of tools and equipment, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Preparing regular reports on project progress and service status, providing stakeholders with valuable insights and updates.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant academic qualifications such as NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Basic technical knowledge of electronic lock and access (ELV) systems, networking, and security systems; proficiency in IT skills is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT or Security Systems industry, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Familiarity with basic AutoCAD drawings, enhancing your ability to visualize and communicate complex concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset and excellent communication abilities.
