About the role

As a Project Coordinator for Security Systems at Terhenry Pte Ltd, you will play a vital role in the execution and delivery of security systems projects. This full-time, Singapore-based position will see you coordinate all aspects of project implementation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

  1. Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to understand project requirements and coordinate activities
  2. Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, milestones, and schedules
  3. Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and escalating where necessary
  4. Coordinating the involvement of technical teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  5. Ensuring all project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports, are accurately maintained
  6. Providing regular project status updates and performance reports to management
  7. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing them

What we're looking for

  1. 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or project management role, preferably in the security systems industry
  2. Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
  4. Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet tight deadlines
  6. Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
