Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and procurement of insurance policies and bonds
  • Managing group project insurances
  • Processing project insurance claims
  • Maintaining and updating project master lists
  • Liaising with technical controllers, builders, and endorsements/submissions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A minimum of 'O' Level with credits in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification;

Good working attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently;

Basic technical knowledge of building and office facilities;

Knowledge in general and commercial insurance lines;

At least 1 year of relevant experience in facilities management/construction sector (preferable).
