APAC Operations Team Lead Job

We are seeking an experienced team lead to oversee the response and select projects of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) for APAC.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the GSOC team on a daily basis, coordinating ongoing projects and determining staffing requirements.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain highly qualified team members to drive operational success.
  • Develop a strong understanding of operational risks and drive the response process to minimize their impact.
  • Manage, review, and coordinate future planning based on operational metrics, intelligence, and health.
  • Engage with partners to ensure operational alignment across the organization as it pertains to emergency response, training, systems deployment, and services.
  • Lead crisis and emergency response operations, utilizing tactical intelligence to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing operational risks.
  • Strong understanding of crisis management and emergency response principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor, project, and finance management.
  • A proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective team leadership and operational excellence.
