The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Team Lead will report to the GSOC Manager and oversee core operations for APAC. Responsibilities include managing response efforts, utilizing tactical intelligence, collaborating on crisis response, and leading incident management and vendor relations.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily team operations and projects
Determine staffing needs and oversee recruitment, training, and retention
Understand operational risks and coordinate response strategies
Review and plan based on operational metrics and intelligence
Coordinate with partners on emergency response and training
Lead crisis and emergency responses
Develop intelligence collection plans and execute operations accordingly
Manage risk controls
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years leading teams in demanding environments
Experience in emergency, law enforcement, military operations or related fields
Operational intelligence expertise
Leadership in joint operational environments, including military or first responder roles
Stakeholder relationship management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced certifications in risk, intelligence, project management, finance, or business administration
Extensive experience in GSOC, military, intelligence, law enforcement, or first responder roles with leadership responsibilities
Management of large, complex budgets
