Singapore SECURITY & RISK SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Work Timing**:

- Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee operational needs during shifts and coordinate with the GSOC and BPT during incidents and crises.
- Lead GSOC operations during designated hours and ensure a smooth handover to the European counterpart.
- Direct, review, and refine intelligence collection efforts of the GSOC.
- Ensure proper documentation and record of incidents and events handled by the GSOC.
- Promptly escalate rapidly evolving situations to the Crisis Management Team.
- Authorize providers on travel security arrangements.
- Draft travel and event security assessments.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and protocols for operational and technological enhancements.
- Produce strategic intelligence reports, including geopolitical assessments, to aid business unit decision-making.
- Provide leadership to existing staff and assist with hiring and training new specialists

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a security operations center or similar environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams during incidents and crises.
- Experience in intelligence collection, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on refining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
