Service Operations Leader

Overview:

The Service Operations Leader oversees the performance of service teams within contracted premises, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and meeting or exceeding key performance indicators. This role is responsible for managing manpower resource planning, budgeting, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the performance of service teams to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans in collaboration with site leads.
  • Maintain data integrity in management systems and deliver contractual reports punctually.
  • Support engineering during planned or unplanned power shutdowns and uphold safety protocols.
  • Oversee supply chain delivery, ensuring service quality, and manage staff performance and development.
  • Enforce compliance with health, safety, environmental, and risk management policies.
  • Cultivate teamwork, collaboration, and personal development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, building, facilities, or estate management, or relevant disciplines, with proven management experience and a minimum of 20,000 sqm managed space within the past 5 years.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
