Job Title: Beverage Service Operations Leader

Job Description:

The primary objective of the Beverage Service Operations Leader is to oversee and manage all beverage service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and a welcoming environment.

  • Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for improving operational efficiency
  • Create and execute plans to enhance customer experience and increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff performance, providing guidance and training as necessary to ensure prompt and efficient service delivery
  • Operate cash registers and manage transactions accurately, maintaining high levels of financial integrity

In addition, the role involves:

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, including tables and rooms, in collaboration with the facilities team

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
