Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Planning Assistant Manager to support our team in delivering high-impact events and programmes.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the planning team to successfully execute events and deliver programme initiatives
  • Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics coordination and scheduling
  • Support communications efforts, including drafting content and managing social media channels
  • Liaise with external parties and partners to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Contribute to PMO-related tasks, including progress tracking and reporting
  • Track, maintain & monitor budget utilisation & expenses
  • Prepare & publish periodic reports e.g. manpower, expenses
  • Support procurement needs
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage project timelines and deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to other team members
