- Contract period: 2 Month (Mar to May)

**Position**:

- Event Assistant - Route & Transport

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Route & Transport
- Manage all aspects of route management, including stakeholder management, traffic management, transport and logistics movement
- Manage event execution and related administrative, including event logistics procurements and crew/volunteers deployment
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders/vendors to ensure smooth set-up of Event and meet event requirements
- Handle all stakeholder enquiries, feedback and possibly execute service recovery related to route management
- Perform ad hoc duties when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, powerpoint
- Dedicated, self-oriented and results driven
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to work out of office hours whenever necessary

Location: Mega at Woodlands

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday, may be required to work beyond normal hours)
