Senior Operations Director

Job Summary:
The Operations Director plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of an organization. This senior-level position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities, developing operational policies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across departments to guarantee seamless business processes.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with department heads to align operational activities with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop staff to build a high-performing operations team.
- Identify and mitigate risks to operational efficiency.
- Evaluate vendor performance and manage supplier relationships.
- Prepare reports and present operational insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in operations software/tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
