  • Lead and direct core business functions to achieve strategic goals and objectives.", "
  • Partner closely with the CEO to shape and execute corporate strategy, ensuring effective translation of strategic priorities into operational initiatives.", "
  • Liaise with the Board of Directors, internal stakeholders, and external partners to establish and uphold robust policies, processes, and governance standards.", "
  • Monitor and evaluate key departmental metrics and performance indicators to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.", "
  • Represent the company in engagements with external stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.", "
  • Deliver regular performance and strategy reports to the CEO and Board, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.", "
  • At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 3 years spent in senior management positions.", "
  • Proven expertise in the banking software or fintech industry, with a strong track record of driving business success.", "
  • Exceptional financial and operational insight, including hands-on experience managing P&L responsibility.", "
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, HRIS, and BI tools—a definite advantage.", "
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and key performance metrics to make informed decisions.", "
  • Experience working in Asian markets (China, Malaysia, Thailand, or other Southeast Asian countries).
