Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects and teams, with a strong focus on technical expertise and leadership.

The Senior Operations Director will be responsible for providing technical guidance and resolution for mechanical issues, including ACMV and fire protection systems. This includes reviewing and interpreting specifications, drawings, and compliance documents; ensuring technical alignment with project needs.

In addition, the Senior Operations Director will support tenders with technical write-ups, value engineering, and presentation materials. They will also mentor junior engineers and engage with clients and consultants to explore new project opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical guidance and resolution for mechanical issues
  • Reviewing and interpreting specifications, drawings, and compliance documents
  • Supporting tenders with technical write-ups, value engineering, and presentation materials
  • Mentoring junior engineers and engaging with clients and consultants
  • Leading project planning, budgeting, manpower forecasting, and progress tracking using MS Project
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Senior Operations Director, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering (recognized by PE Board / BCA / IES)
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in M&E consultancy or related fields
  • Strong technical expertise in ACMV and fire protection systems
  • PE (Mechanical) certification is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and familiar with project and contract management
