About the Role:
This role plays a crucial part in supporting our educational programs by handling course administration, logistics, learner support and digitalization of records.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in setting up new courses and maintaining existing courses in our system. This includes administering funded and non-funded courses end-to-end, supporting logistics setup and operations, and assisting learners with troubleshooting system access issues.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide administrative support in setting up new courses and maintaining existing courses in the system.
- Administer funded and non-funded courses end-to-end.
- Support logistics setup and operations for courses, including on-site support for face-to-face sessions.
- Assist learners in troubleshooting system access issues.
- Maintain course documents, templates and records in shared drives and SharePoint.
- Support digitalization of records and processes for greater efficiency.
- Maintain and update databases for reporting and analytics.
- Handle enquiries received via email.
